For someone who is usually asleep within minutes of her head hitting the pillow, it’s very annoying and dissatisfying when this does not happen. Hence, this was the case last night, took me nearly 2 hours to fall asleep. As I lay there trying to figure out why my neck felt so stiff and my back was bugging me, I couldn’t figure out why I felt so damn AWAKE, when it was after midnight. I finally got up and got my magic bag for my back and took some ibuprofen for an impending headache and luckily was able to fall asleep after that. It wasn’t until this morning in the shower when it hit me why I felt so awake so late. It was karma!! Read More... |
