Who Moved My Cheese, is an excellent book by Spenser Johnson, MD. It is also available in a short movie format, which is how I orginally found out about it.
This is a story about change, and focus's on 2 mice, Hem and Haw, each of which re-act to change in very different ways.

From the page: "Lala today launched a kind of free, browser-based iTunes competitor that lets users access their music libraries from anywhere they can access the Web. It's similar in look and feel to Anywhere.FM, which is basically a Web-based iTunes clone, but Lala adds some nifty features.
The way these services work is users upload their music libraries "to the cloud," after which they can be accessed from anywhere. It's great for accessing your music from public or work computers, or from Wi-Fi-enabled devices."
