Who moved my cheese?
Who Moved My Cheese, is an excellent book by Spenser Johnson, MD. It is also available in a short movie format, which is how I orginally found out about it.
This is a story about change, and focus's on 2 mice, Hem and Haw, each of which re-act to change in very different ways.

So I wrote this article to documents some of these changes and is mainly a personal reflection and insight into my own growth, which I hope may also help others to better understand themselves.
