Rock or country, hunting or video games, nascar or stock car, radial or bias ply tires.. it goes on and on. But when it comes right down to it the debate doesn’t really mean very much, interesting but useless. They raced each other for many years, and their statistics during that time were very much the same, with a little edge to Gordon. By the time Gordon is done, he’ll probably match Earnhardt in championships, and he’s already surpassed him in wins..

The big difference I see though is in attitude. The last two years Gordon has been struggling, and whining… and whining, and whining.. I can’t remember Earnhardt whining or giving up, I’ve seen Gordon do both.. Wah wah, my car sucks.. I’m taking it to the garage.

He’s not whining this year, but wait til things don’t go his way..
