Automatic Form to Email Program

This simple program allows any website owner/user to setup a quick and easy form. Contents submitted via the form are then emailed to the user specfied below. If you would like to try it out, just complete the form below and hit the register button

Thank-you Page: (the page the user will be redirected to after submitting the form data
Auto Respond File: (this is a text file on your server that is read and sent as a response back to the user who fills out the form
